In-Game Rules

R1 | Your avatars must be realistic at all times.

R2 | Any car crash over 25 MPH, MUST be roleplayed out.

R3 | Killing or injuring players, un-necessarily is not permitted.

R4 | Game Pass weapons are banned. That includes Police and Sheriff weapons.

R5 | Your roleplay character's avatar must be realistic. For example, if you are a businessman, you wouldn't be in regular clothes.

R6 | Exotics are banned for members. Server Boosters/VIP's can drive exotics.

R7 | In order to do any majorly effective roleplay, you must gain permission from the Head Administrator or above. An example of one of these roleplays would be Hostage taking, or kidnapping.

R8 | Completely banned roleplays are as follows: Gang RP, Bomb RP, Drug RP, Suicide RP.

R9 | New Life Rule (NLR) abided by. E.g. Upon your character dying, you must not remember what occurred during its past life. Example: You were in a police pursuit, and were killed. You cannot then return to the scene where you were killed, after respawning.

R10 | You can't create your own Teams/Departments such as CIA, FBI etc.

R11 | You should always drive as realistic as possible, like in real life.

R12 | Always roleplay a fear roleplay scene. Example: Having a gun pointed at your face, you must do whatever the person says.

R13 | Cop baiting is not allowed. E.g. You cannot continually drive past a cop in an attempt to get their attention.

R14 | Don't rob places or people over and over. You must wait at least 5 minutes before beginning another robbery.

R15 | When the priority is activated, Pursuits and any type of criminal activity should cease immediately until the priority is disabled.

R16 | Any group of civilians with 4 or more players, is not permitted as it will be counted as a gang.

R17 | You must drive on the Right hand side of the road at all times.

R18 | You must listen to all things said by staff, as they have the final say in all scenarios.

R19 | If you think a person on the staff team in-game is fake, you must immediately open a "Staff Report" ticket.

R20 | You must remain in character at all times, unless talking to a staff member.

R21 | All staff members must be on the Sheriff team whilst on duty. If a user is using staff commands whilst on any team other than the Sheriff team, you must open a "Staff Report" ticket and provide a username and proof of the staff member.

R22 | Do not interrupt mod scenes or attempt to join in a mod scene.

R23 | You must Roleplay being tasered, shot with a bean bag, Being PIT'd by a Police Officer, and being pepper sprayed. You cannot just get back up and immediately start running off, or drive away.

R24 | Bunny-hopping during a shootout or fight is not permitted. It is seen as Fail Roleplay.

R25 | Melee tools are allowed, but anything bigger than a knife, must be used with a tool motion. Example: if you have a bat, you must do something like -Grabs bat from car-

Note

These rules are required to be followed when In Game. Failing to do so will result in moderation action.

Staff reserve the right to moderate players for reasons not listed. If you think you were moderated unfairly please open an "IA / Staff Report" Ticket with the username of staff and evidence.
